Steel wire clean process
Dimaite uses its experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of
our steel wire quality upgrading systems to make them more effective and efficient throughout
the recycling process.
Main equipment 1: Rasper
The rasper machine is the ultimate machine for mid-stream grinding and steel separation. It is
specially designed to process pre-shredded tires chips and produce between 10-12mm wire free
rubber mulch. And the rasper can process up to 1 tons of input per hour. The main rotor housing
is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity of the cutting
chamber. Another unique feature of this machine is the ability to turn the knives once before
having to send them to be sharpened or replaced, minimizing operating costs.

The shaft is equipped with a circulating water pipeline, which can be connected to external cooling water for cooling.
